  The usage of the customer login is free of charge. 

  To register you will need:

  • Your email adress as user name.
  • Any password containing at least 8 characters and 2 numbers. Das Passwort muss Groß- und Kleinbuchstaben enthalten. Any password you create has to contain both upper- and lower-case characters.
  • In terms of data security, we also need your full name and the name of the company you work for.

  1. What serial number do I need?
     You´ll need the serial number of either the calibrated device or sensor. If you are looking for the calibration certificate of a measurement chain, you can also use either the device or sensor serial number.
  2. Where do I find the calibration ID?
     All calibrated devices and sensors are marked using a calibration sticker. Above the burster logo you will find the calibration ID and belowthe logo you can find the calibration date in format MM-YYYY.
  3. My device is build into a control cabinet. Where do I find the serial number?
     You can find the device serial number of all DIGIFORCE^® devices, if you go to menu "Basic setup" or "Info". Other devices display their serial number upon power-up.
  4. My sensor is installed inside a machine. How do I get my calibration certificate without being able to access the serial number?
     Send us an email at <link>service@burster.com and we will try to retrieve the calibration certificate from our archive based on customer ID, order-no. or order date.
